Pre-order items
Products listed as 'pre-order' should be dispatched to the provided shipping address by the estimated delivery date listed on their respective pages.
In stock items
Orders containing only in stock items should ship out within 10 business days. However, orders containing both in stock items and pre-order items will ship out once all products are ready for shipment.
Please note that some products will only be available for domestic (within Japan) shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Severe weather, unfavorable road conditions, courier service status, extended holidays, etc. may cause deliveries to occur later than expected.

As a general rule, we do not accommodate scheduled deliveries.
Customers are responsible for any fees in relation to shipping out returned parcels caused by missed deliveries due to absence, failure to retrieve the package from the courier within their set holding period, etc.
If we do not receive any requests to have the parcel(s) redelivered, or the items that have been shipped out again are left unclaimed, we will proceed as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.

If the total number of units ordered exceeds the planned production quantity, the delivery date may be adjusted to accommodate this. In the event of high traffic, payments may still be processed even if an error is displayed stating otherwise. If this error occurs, please confirm the transaction status with your payment service provider. Cancellation requests made in relation to the aforementioned error will not be accommodated.
